Dear David,
You were just fantastic!! Thank you thank you thank you. Never again will I go with the local option - Mad Balloons all the way. We had 12 service providers tonight and you were rated number 1. I am fussy with what I like, I realise that, however, I am prepared to pay for convenience and to get exactly what I want. You provided an outstanding result within budget to a service level of excellence. A very delighted customer (please note the time [1.35am], I had to email to say thank you before I fell into bed exhausted).

Thank you so much for the outstanding balloon centrepieces you delivered for our Year 12 formal last night!! The room looked amazing!!! I absolutely loved the fibre optic weights....when the lights went out for dancing, the room transformed - with the city lights behind and the balloon lights....magical. Thank you again,

David - the balloons you delivered yesterday for our 10th anniversary have set a new standard. So many people were amazed at your creativity and skills to create such a special presentation. Thanks so much. Today the balloons looked as good as when you delivered them so I decided to take them over to a family in our church whose daughter turned 8 yesterday. Little Susan is in the middle of a 2 year battle with cancer - she is doing very well but it is very tough. I told the mum I was coming but it was a surprise to Susan. She was so thrilled at her special balloons (even if they were second hand). They brought us great joy for our anniversary but they brought even more joy to a little girl battling a life threatening illness. Again Dave thanks so much.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team for the amazing balloons at Rebecca's 21st on Saturday. They looked amazing and boosted the room with colour and Rebecca was so excited when she saw the room all set up.
